widespread deforestation, environmental degradation, and severe health issues
caused by indoor air pollution.

and high-efficiency e thanol-fueled stoves.
Despite the availability of cleaner alternatives like ethanol fuel, many households
are unable to afford the high upfront costs of stoves and fuel, creating a barrier
to adoption.

As Pharmchem, our commitment to advocating for and promoting green energy goes hand in hand with ensuring its long-term sustainability. A key aspect of this effort is environmental restoration, particularly through reforestation. To support this mission, we established the Mazingira Tree Nursery in Sobea, which plays a vital role in regenerating forested areas. Through this initiative, we actively restore degraded landscapes by providing tree seedlings and facilitating large-scale tree planting efforts as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility.
